Hilltop Business Association
The Hilltop Business Association offers a Property Improvement Program (PRIMP) Grant. These grants can be used for facade improvements for commercial properties within the confines of the Hilltop Business Association boundaries. Grants are a 1:1 financial match up to $10,000.
